Good tools when you host?

Who knows some good tools that are nice to use when you are a host?
Auto continue, switch map / type quickly, etc
these things exist right? where do I find them?

What kind of host do you mean?
Dedicated host or in-game?

Some exist for sure (I found them) but not for the right version + most come with trojans.

But there must be good ones - I've seen people use them..

there are a console tool for server you only neet make a shortcut of your halo.exe and right click and then click in proprieties and type in desteny box -console like this "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -console" attention space needed " -console, this is a console to admin a server with this console you can ban, kick, unban users you can change map, etc.


Console Commands:

cls
Proper Use: cls
Function: Clears the console output screen.

mouse_acceleration
Proper Use: mouse_acceleration <true or flase>
Function: Turns on or off the mouse acceleration.

sv_kick
Proper Use: sv_kick <player number>
Function: Gives an unwanted player in your server the boot. They can rejoin.

sv_mapcycle
Proper Use: sv_mapcycle
Function: Displays the maps in the current map cycle.

sv_mapcycle_timeout
Proper Use: sv_mapcycle_timeout <time in seconds>
Function: Determine the amount of time the Post Carnage Report screen is up in
between maps.

sv_players

Function: Displays a list of the players in the game, their player number, and
their team.

sv_unban
Proper Use: sv_unban <player name>
Function: Unbans a currently banned player.

connect
Proper Use: connect <ip:port>
Function: Attempts to connect you to a server using the IP and port you
provided.

Function: Quits you out of the server you are in.

sv_ban
Proper Use: sv_ban <player name or index>
Function: Bans a player from your server, they may not return unless unbanned.

sv_map
Proper Use: sv_map <name of map and the game type. If it is a custom game type,
you must put it in quotes.>
Function: Starts a game on that map with that game type.

sv_mapcycle_add
Proper Use: sv_mapcycle_add <name of map and the game type. If it is a custom

Function: Adds a map to the map cycle.

sv_maxplayers
Proper Use: sv_maxplayers <number of maximum players>
Function: Sets the maximum player limit (Default is 16).

Function: Determines if the game will be listed on the GameSpy game list.

sv_end_game
Proper Use: sv_end_game
Function: Ends the game.

sv_map_restart
Proper Use: sv_map_restart
Function: Restarts the map with the same game settings.

sv_mapcycle_del
Proper Use: sv_mapcycle_del <map index>
Function: Deletes a map from the map cycle.

sv_password
Proper Use: sv_password <password>
Function: Gives the game a password.

sv_status
Proper Use: sv_status <true or false>
Function: If true, it will continually display the status of the game in the
console.

should_play_multiplayer_hit_sound
Proper Use: should_play_multiplayer_hit_sound <true or false>
Function: Turns on or off that sound when you hit people.

NOTE: <true> and <1> are interchangeable, as are <flase> and <0>.



To open and close console ingame press \

To show command list press Tab

To clear the console window say: cls
